The year we got louder

As we close out the year, one word rises above the rest for our team, our speakers, and our community: louder. Not in volume, but in clarity. In conviction. In the willingness to step forward with a stronger point of view and a sharper sense of who we are here to serve.

This was the year LOUD evolved in meaningful ways.

A shift in focus
We refined what it means to work with LOUD Management. Our brand now centers fully on transformation driven by the subject matter expertise of keynote speakers. Today’s speaking landscape is changing, and we have changed with it. Event leaders aren’t just searching for a dynamic personality on stage. They want someone who can shape understanding, lead with insight, and spark real change inside their organization. LOUD doubled down on this mission and our speakers rose to meet it.

A new home base
At the end of the summer, we unveiled our new website…a hub built to showcase depth, clarity, and connection. It reflects what we value: thoughtful positioning, world class speaker profiles, and a frictionless path for event planners to find the right voice. It’s the most intentional version of LOUD we’ve ever put into the world.

A roster built for what’s next
We thoughtfully refined our roster to ensure every voice we represent stands for something distinct. This curated approach allows us to champion each speaker more effectively and build deeper relationships within the industry. We welcomed new speakers whose expertise aligns with the future of leadership, business, innovation, culture, and wellbeing.

This includes a brand new addition to the roster, Rebecca Ahmed. Rebecca is an award winning energy expert, speaker, and culture strategist who helps organizations create workplaces people genuinely want to be part of. Her keynotes blend research backed insights with a vibrant, accessible delivery style that leaves audiences energized and equipped to take action. As former Chief Energy Officer of Caesars Entertainment, Rebecca brings her experience to the stage to help guide leaders through the real drivers of engagement, retention, and performance. She shows how small shifts in energy and environment can unlock outsized results. Rebecca’s addition strengthens our commitment to representing speakers who don’t just inspire, but transform how companies work and lead.

A growing LOUD team
Strengthening our foundation meant expanding our team. With Tyler Cox joining to build out our Digital Strategy and Olivia Pew to refine our brand and marketing, we’re equipped to offer more opportunity for not only our roster but our partners as well. We’re building a company designed to elevate every speaker we represent while creating a synergy with the brands whose stages we fill.

A year of wins worth celebrating
From sold-out events to repeat bookings, from global stages to intimate leadership retreats, our speakers made an impact that traveled far beyond applause. They helped companies rethink how they lead, collaborate, communicate, and care for their people. We saw breakthrough moments, career milestones, and the kind of audience feedback that reminds all of us why this work matters.

As we wrap the year, we’re grateful for every partner, every planner, and every speaker who trusted us through this season of growth. The next chapter is already in motion, and 2026 is shaping up to be our most ambitious year yet.

Here’s to more clarity, more connection, and more impact.

Here’s to the year we got louder.
